Bacon Bowls with French Scrambled Eggs and Crepes

Wrap bottom of Muffin Pan with 1.5 slices of Bacon Each

Set in roasting pan to catch grease and cook in 400 degree oven until done as you like

Cool slightly and lift with fork

French Scrambled Eggs – in a bowl stir 5 eggs breaking the yoke, add 4 Tbsp of heavy cream, 1/4 tsp sugar, salt/pepper to taste.

TRICK – Constantly and slowly scrape the bottom of pan clean over medium low heat until wet and fluffy, ta da!

Folded Crepes – My recipe – 1 cup milk, 1 cup water, 2 cups flour, 2 Tbsp melted butter
